By connecting to or utilizing the DC Media Publisher platform ("Application", "Service"), authorized brand administrators and content contributors agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is exclusively operated by DC Corporation Ltd in conjunction with Konsulid8 Ltd.
DC Media Publisher is restricted to authorized content publishers, creators, and business units of DC Corporation Ltd. Third-party accounts may only authenticate if expressly authorized under corporate syndication agreements. You agree not to upload any media that violates TikTok Community Guidelines, applicable intellectual property laws, or data protection statutes.
Our service utilizes platform APIs (including TikTok for Developers v2 endpoints). By utilizing direct post features, you grant DC Media Publisher the necessary authorization to process, optimize, chunk, and transmit video media to connected channel endpoints under granted scopes (`video.publish`, `video.upload`, `user.info.basic`).
All video content, audio stems, animations, characters (including Ajapa, Ajapsi, and Vera), and brand collateral distributed via DC Media Publisher remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective corporate owners. DC Media Publisher claims no ownership of uploaded brand media.
DC Media Publisher is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall DC Corporation Ltd or Konsulid8 Ltd be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from API downtime, social network platform policy changes, or algorithmic feed reach.
Compliance with GDPR, UK DPA 2018, and TikTok Developer Platform Policies
This Privacy Policy outlines how DC Corporation Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, processes, and protects information when you interact with the DC Media Publisher application. DC Corporation Ltd serves as the data controller for all publishing interactions.
When an authorized brand account connects to DC Media Publisher via TikTok OAuth v2, we receive only the data points explicitly permitted by the authorized scopes:

OAuth tokens are stored in secure, encrypted credential vaults with strict access controls. Access tokens expire automatically after 24 hours. Video assets are cached temporarily solely for chunked upload transmission and purged after publishing confirmation.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize any user or creator data. Data is transmitted strictly to official platform endpoints (e.g. `open.tiktokapis.com`) to execute user-initiated publishing operations.
